FAQs
Do you deliver or do I have to pick up?
Most often we can accommodate delivery within Fargo area. If we are able to deliver, fee will depend on distance, quantity of food, and how much service is desired. For customers that opt to pickup their catering order themselves (above $300 order), we do offer a 5% discount.
Do you provide catering stands, heating pans, serving spoons, and supplies?
By request, we can provide chaffing stands, heating pans, serving spoons, fuel, and other accessories; there may be a surcharge for this. Depending on staff availability/timing, we can also provide staff members to setup and take-apart the catering display.
Can we host our private event at Passage?
Absolutely. We have a private seating area that can accomodate a party of up to 50 people.

Stand & Pan Setup Instructions
